Welcome to Booyah Bagels ๐ฅฏโจ
We built Booyah with intention by asking a simple question: what does Red Deer need, and how can we bring something meaningful to it?
It started with a craving. After our trips to New York, we couldn't find anything like those bagels back home. So, we learned the craft, trained with a New York bagel expert, and committed to doing it properly from the ground up.
Our bagels are sourdough, fermented for 72 hours. That's where the texture, flavour, and signature chew come from. We only make what time allows - so when we sell out - we've done it right. No shortcuts. No compromises on quality.
Because at the end of the day, this is bigger than bagels. It's about building something good in our city (and spreading the gooood stuff.) ๐
