So last week for Thanksgiving we had another new cookie and this one is one of our family favorites now.

The Butter Me Corn Cookie.
This is a Cornbread cookie with a Honey Butter icing....this one is so good that the leftover cookies didn't even make it 5 minutes!

If you ordered some what were your thoughts?

The Pumpkin Roll Cookie

This is a 40g cookie with a crispy outer edge and a moist center, filled with Pumpkin and spice. I cook down the Pumpkin puree to make it form into a cookie.
The topping is a Cinnamon Butter.
