We met so many great people. It was a pleasure serving each of you, and a big thank you to all who had to wait for ice cream sandwiches while we rushed to the kitchen to make more! We sold out twice on Saturday!!

Tried something new this week!

Can you believe that I have actually never had a meringue cookie before?! Have you? What do you think of them?

Our double chocolate paleo style cookies that we bake each week leave us with leftover egg whites. We are discovering new ways to use them. We usually cook them up for our dog.

This week, I learned how to make meringues! It is so simple and sweetened with organic cane sugar. Next, I will try using organic coconut Palm sugar. I also tried a small batch adding some freeze-dried mixed berry powder.

☀️ August is packed, and we couldn't be more excited! 🎉

Grab your calendar and check out where you'll find us this month! We'll be at farmers' markets, fairs, festivals, and events, bringing all your favorite gluten-free treats.

Now for a little behind-the-scenes confession... 😅

The kitchen has been full of exciting experiments. Some new desserts have turned out so good... and then there's the Paleo & Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie. Let's just say it has humbled me! 😂

There have been batches that were too dry, too crumbly, and a few that made me say, "Well... that's definitely not making it to market!" 🤦‍♀️

But that's all part of creating something worth sharing. I won't put a recipe out until I absolutely love it, so I'll keep tweaking, testing, and taste-testing until it's just right.

🤞 Hopefully, you'll be seeing this new cookie make its debut soon!

We're so excited to be back on the road after an amazing first season! You'll find us at fairs, festivals, and community events serving up our handcrafted ice cream sandwiches—made with love from start to finish.

What makes them special? Every sandwich starts with one of our own homemade cookies, baked in our dedicated gluten-free bakery:

This is the week we’ve all been waiting for 🌱

Our Summer and Regular Season CSA is officially starting, and we’re so excited to welcome you back (and welcome new members!) for another season of fresh, local food!

A quick note for CSA members: you should have received a welcome email yesterday with all the important instructions and details for the season. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case.

The weeks ahead will be filled with the very best of the season, and there’s something special about watching it unfold together, week by week 🍅🥬🍆🥦🌶️🥒

Kitchen update!

We are all moved in and finished our first day in our new bakery home!

Some little glitches at the beginning, but my husband saved the day and took care of it.

We all had a great day, had fun, and before we knew it, our list was done!
