We’re back, Nelson!

Catch us at the farmers market this Sunday, may 10th. We are SO stoked to see all your faces again.

It’s been a minute, and we’ve missed the market, the lineup chats, the regular orders, the chaos, all of it.

Come hang with us, grab your favourite cinnamon bun, and say hi. We can’t wait .farmers.market 🤍

Thanks so much Nelson & District Chamber of Commerce 🥰

Nelson, you’ve been unreal 🤍
The love, the support, the weekly bun rituals — we feel it every single day and we don’t take a second of it for granted.

This weekend is your last chance at Ward Street. And tomorrow Sunday, March 29 = your last Semla Sunday and coffee by .coffee in this space.

Come by, grab your favourites, stock up, hang out, say hi. Let’s make these last days count.

This isn’t the end — just a little plot twist.
Stay tuned. We’re not going anywhere.

THANK YOU for riding with us. Truly 🫶

Nelson friends! We’re currently looking for a new commercial kitchen in Nelson — ideally with the option for a small storefront. Our lease on Ward Street ends at the end of March, but am bakeri isn’t going anywhere — we want to keep feeding you all the delicious buns and treats.

If you know of a commercial kitchen, bakery space, or small storefront that might be available, send us a message or email [email protected].

And if your tip leads us to our new home… cinnamon buns for life might be involved. 😉

Thanks for helping us keep the buns rolling 🌀

Your oven called. It misses us.

Bake-from-home buns are a thing — aka all the glory, none of the 4am wake-up.
Stock your freezer, impress your friends, pretend you’re a pastry wizard.

What’s in the frozen lineup:

Cardamom buns (warm, fragrant, a little dangerous)

THE AM - Earl Grey cinnamon buns with cream cheese frosting

Gluten-free cinnamon buns with cream cheese frosting (no compromise, full chaos)

You can pre-order online like a responsible adult…

or just swing by and grab some from the freezer at 563 Ward Street and enjoy the aroma while you’re at it.

Same buns. Your oven.
Zero judgement if you bake one “for later” and eat it immediately.
