We own and manage the Professional Building on the corner of Baker St. There are several business on the main floor, and the upstairs is separate office space, which is predominately rented to healing arts professionals. We have a very low turnover of tenants as our building is clean, well maintained and quiet. All of the units have heaters and air conditioners. The main doors are auto
