On a demandé à Charbel combien de lahmajoune sa famille prépare chaque jour. 👀

La réponse surprend souvent.

Parce qu’ici, rien n’est automatisé.

Chaque lahmajoune est étirée, garnie et préparée à la main, une par une, comme on le fait depuis des générations. ❤️

Pas de chaîne de production.Pas de raccourcis.Pas de machinerie pour faire le travail à notre place.

Juste une famille qui commence avant le lever du soleil pour produire le plus possible… tout en refusant de sacrifier la qualité.

Alors oui, il nous arrive souvent d’être en rupture de stock.

Parce qu’à la fin de la journée, quand tout est fait à la main, il y a une limite à ce qu’on peut produire.

Et on préfère vous dire « sold out » plutôt que de changer notre façon de faire. 🔥
