The Armilla vineyards sit on the southwest slope of Montalcino at 320 to 350 metres above sea level. Afternoon sun, steady winds, and galestro-rich soils help produce wines with depth and complexity that develop well over time.

The Armilla Brunello di Montalcino features deep red fruit and black cherry notes, with subtle hints of to***co, leather, black truffle and herbs. Its natural intensity and structure make it great for cutting the heaviness of beef, lamb, poultry or game meats. We recommend you enjoy a bottle alongside the Cabernet-Braised Lamb Shank or the Wildflower Honey & Harissa Grilled Chicken from the Spring/Summer Three-Course Menu.

Our new bottle, Antonio Rosso Montello, is produced at the Giusti winery with only the best cabernet sauvignon, cabernet Franc, merlot and recantina grapes.

This unique blend and signature production strategy imparts an intense red fruit and black currant aroma, followed by spicy hints of vanilla and pepper, and a taste that warms the heart and the palate. This wine would make a particularly lovely pairing with our 6 oz Grass-Fed Beef Tenderloin or our Aged White Cheddar & Truffle Risotto.
