FULL of flavour, and made for tearing, dipping, buttering, and sharing.

Served simply with sharp white cheddar and aged balsamic. Sometimes bread really is the whole meal.

Very pleased with how these 100% freshly milled ancient grain sourdough sandwich loaves turned out.

Made with a mix of hard red wheat and einkorn, freshly milled before mixing.

A little reminder that any of our bakes can be made with 100% freshly milled ancient grain flour for an added fee.

When someone tells me they like salted caramel and chocolate, I make..

Brown butter chocolate chip cookies underneath a swirl of whipped buttercream, BlueButter brownie chunks, Caramilk chocolate bar, a generous drizzle of our homemade salted caramel and dark chocolate shavings.

Buttery, chocolatey, salty/sweet, gooey, and completely over the top (in the best possible way) 😉
