Well it's almost that time again. Christmas will be here before we know it. We are taking orders for the following but not limited to

Christmas platters.
Party platter $90. (40 pieces)
Family platter. $60 (25 pieces)
Couples platter $30
Fruit Pies. $25 others pies also available
Buttertarts. $3 each or a dozen for $30
Dinner rolls 6 pack $5
Artisan white bread $6
Cheese Bread $9
Regular white bread $6
Can also discuss other custom orders
The trays will be similar to previous years. Squares / cookies/ fudge with a centrepiece cupcake for the platters. My kitchen is equipped with 1 oven so orders will be limited. Taking orders until December 14th pick up dates throughout the month with final pickup being December 24th no later than 12 noon

I had an order for an angel food cake from a repeat customer. I wasn't happy with the outcome so I made a new one which meant we get to eat the first one. Over beating or under beating egg whites can create a fallen angel food cake. Sometimes it pays to be fussy.
