A new month means a whole new batch of celebrations to bake for, and I’m so ready for everything October has in store. 🎂🧁

🍫 Okayyy… I may have a new fall favourite. 👀

Meet Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cupcakes — rich, ridiculously moist chocolate cupcakes packed with shredded zucchini and little pockets of chocolate throughout. 🥒🍫

And before anyone comes for me about vegetables in dessert… you cannot taste the zucchini. 😂 It just gives these the best soft, fudgy texture.

I’ve been playing around with some new flavours for fall, and these turned out WAY too good not to make their Cake N’ Bake debut. 🤎

52 years of hard work deserves a cake to match. 🖤

I love when I get to take the things that make someone them and turn them into cake.

For this one, we went rugged and industrial with concrete-inspired buttercream, a black forest silhouette, piped detailing and custom GP Environmental elements to celebrate an incredible 52 years of hard work, dedication and strength.

Definitely not your typical birthday cake — and that’s exactly the point. 😉

Whether you give me a theme, a hobby, a favourite colour, a career or just a few little details about the person you’re celebrating, I love turning them into something completely their own. 🎂

Wedding Wednesday 🤍

Sometimes, classic really is everything.

Three tiers of buttercream, soft horizontal texture, delicate pearl borders and cascading white florals with greenery — simple, romantic and timeless enough to never go out of style. ✨

I love that wedding cakes don’t have to be over-the-top to make an impact. Sometimes it’s the quiet details that make a design feel just right for the day.

And seeing one of my cakes sitting at the venue, completely ready for the newlyweds? That part never gets old. 🥹🤍

Hello, fall. 🍂🧁

Cozy sweaters, crisp mornings, changing leaves and an entirely reasonable excuse to put cinnamon in everything. 🤎

Fall is officially here, and that means some of my favourite cake flavours are back in season.

Think Carrot, Pumpkin Spice, Maple Pecan, Apple Cinnamon, Spiced Chai, Salted Caramel Mocha… basically all the warm, cozy flavours that belong beside a cup of coffee on a chilly Grande Prairie morning. ☕️🍁

Whether you’re celebrating a fall birthday, planning a Thanksgiving get-together, or simply believe “I want cake” is a perfectly valid occasion — I’m here for it. 😂

Soft, simple & timeless. 🤍

There’s something so beautiful about a semi-naked wedding cake — just enough buttercream to keep things soft and rustic, while letting those gorgeous layers peek through.

This three-tier beauty was finished with cascading white orchids and greenery for an elegant, understated look that lets the cake speak for itself. 🌿

Wedding cakes will forever hold a special place in my heart. Getting to create a little piece of someone’s big day is pretty damn special. 🤍
