HELP!! This isn’t our usual post but it’s been a dilemma for both baker and decorator since we got back from break…MUSIC! Do you see the rhythm while decorating? We love to listen to music as we work but after a few years now we need something fresh. We listen to everything you can imagine!! Rock, metal, techno, K-pop….everything, no joke. We got some good ones lol But we’d love your help for song and/or artist suggestions. It gets us moving first thing in the morning and the better the music, the better the treats (the treats are always great 😝 but music makes everything even better than it already is). Any suggestions?? I know this is crazy, but help us! Please! (Also, decorating Birthday Cupcakes here and holy moly do they smell absolutely amazing).

Last week was such an exciting week for our St.Albert location! Our amazing landlords at Cameron Development Corp nominated us to be included in an amazing new segment called “This is YEG” hosted by Ziyah Karmali and Gene Principe !! Ziyah and Gene stopped by the bakery last week to chat about the store and decorate some cupcakes! It was quite the opportunity and experience and we are so grateful for Harold at Cameron for thinking about us and for Ziyah and Gene to take time out of their busy day to hang out with us! ‼️Today is an important day at the bakery!‼️ It’s Lindsy’s 7 year anniversary at the store! You read that right… 7 years! She has been apart of our team almost from the beginning of me owing the shop. She is our longest employee and our most unique. She keeps us on our toes every day and we love having her in our cupcake family. Lindsy is responsible for scooping all of our amazing cupcakes, making binge bowls and making all of our sugar cookies! Her creativity knows no bounds! She is also responsible for the INCREDIBLE handmaid plushies in the staff market. Happy 7 years Lindsy, thank you for being such an important part of OMG! 🩷🧁 Lindsy received her card from me, her vegan JACEK Chocolate Couture of course and because we just introduced the pink OMG tote this year, which is the year 4 gift, and she missed out, she got hers for year 7!
