We prioritize organic ingredients wherever possible—including our flour, sugar, and vanilla bean—100% real butter, and pasture-raised eggs. We don’t use any seed oils or vegetable oils (canola, soybean, sunflower, etc.) The same goes for additives, conditioners, and preservatives. Everything is fresh-made with 100% organic Speerville flour and 100% organic Speerville sugar (both from Speerville Flour, a family-owned company in New Brunswick). Our eggs come from Good Spring Farm in Keswick Ridge. Please note we do not have a store front. All of our baking is made-to-order, so everything is always as fresh as possible. To place an order, simply send us a message. 😊

Did you know I actually own a whole bakery? It lives in my imagination—and yet, here it is! With warm stucco walls, pink trim, gables with lacy Lambeth eaves, and of course a large display window offering a few fresh confections including a wedding cake complete with topper.

This one is classic vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream.

This classic two-layer 6” unicorn-themed cake was a rush order created just in time to make a little girl’s birthday as magical as it should be. Loosely based on the aesthetic of The Last Unicorn, it includes buttercream unicorn silhouettes with florals, atop a dreamy pink sky motif with clouds, stars, and just a little Lambeth drapery.

This classic two-layer 6” D&D-themed cake features delectable dungeon details with a medieval fantasy aesthetic framed by gothic arches, including wrought iron gates, wooden doors, creepy crawlies, lurking monsters, and an edible sword buried deep into stone on top.

Today we have an oversized sculpted amanita muscaria mushroom standing 10” tall, decorated entirely with buttercream and featuring realistic gills, collar, and textured red cap, rising from a bed of spongecake moss.
