Hi everyone! This is Bagel Seoul. ๐Ÿฅฏ๐Ÿค

Today was a day weโ€™ll remember for a very long time.

The CBC team came to visit us to film and interview us, and we still canโ€™t quite believe it.

This was our second interview with CBCโ€”the first was when we opened Boulangerie Seoul three years ago. Itโ€™s hard to believe how much life has changed since then.

To be honest, we were so nervous that we barely slept the night before. ๐Ÿ˜‚ We had so many things we wanted to say, but the moment the cameras started rolling, our minds went completely blank. We forgot half of what we had prepared and somehow ended up giving some pretty random answers. Haha!

Even so, standing there today reminded us how incredibly fortunate we are. Opportunities like this donโ€™t happen because of us aloneโ€”they happen because of the amazing people who continue to support and believe in what we do.

Every message, every visit, every kind word, and every person who has chosen to support this new journey has helped bring Bagel Seoul one step closer to opening its doors.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of this story. We truly canโ€™t wait to welcome you into our new home.

Hello from Bagel Seoul ๐Ÿฅฏ๐Ÿค

A little update from behind the scenes!

Weโ€™ve been spending our days (and many late nights) clearing out the building and preparing it for its next chapter. Thereโ€™s still plenty of work ahead, but thanks to countless hours and a lot of determination, weโ€™re making faster progress than we ever expected.

Many of you have been asking how everything is going, and we truly appreciate all of your support and encouragement. Every message reminds us why weโ€™re working so hard to bring this dream to life.

A few days ago, Leo unexpectedly underwent emergency surgery for acute appendicitis. Thankfully, the surgery went well, and heโ€™s recovering day by day. While heโ€™s taking it easy and being careful not to overdo it, he couldnโ€™t stay away from the project for long. Heโ€™s been helping wherever he can without pushing beyond his limits.

This place already means so much to us, and watching it slowly transform into Bagel Seoul has been incredibly exciting. Every wall we clean, every load we haul away, and every small step forward brings us one step closer to opening our doors.

Rennovation will officially begin little by little, and we canโ€™t wait to share every stage of the journey with you.

Thank you for following along, cheering us on, and believing in what weโ€™re building. We promise itโ€™ll be worth the wait.

After reviewing countless concepts, we chose the one that best represents our identity and vision.
