Hello from Boulangerie Seoul,
We are pleased to introduce our new summer seasonal cold sandwich collection — a menu that many of you have been anticipating for quite some time. Over the past several months, we carefully developed and refined each recipe with a strong focus on balance, quality, and craftsmanship.
Rather than creating ordinary sandwiches, our goal was to present elevated flavors using premium ingredients and thoughtful combinations that reflect the identity of Boulangerie Seoul. We will be launching with two signature sandwiches, while a vegan option is currently in development.
🥪 Prosciutto Cheese Focaccia
Made with our house-made focaccia, this sandwich features our signature mayonnaise sauce, premium prosciutto, Swiss cheese, and freshly cracked black pepper.
With only a few carefully selected ingredients, this sandwich highlights the beauty of simplicity. The delicate saltiness of the prosciutto, balanced with the richness of Swiss cheese and the softness of fresh focaccia, creates an elegant and refined flavor profile.
🥐 Basil Ricotta Pistachio Croissant Sandwich
Prepared on our buttery croissant, this sandwich includes basil pesto, fresh arugula, ricotta cheese, pistachios, and Black Forest ham.
Although the ingredients may seem unconventional together, each element was chosen to create harmony in both flavor and texture — fresh, creamy, nutty, and savory all in one bite.
As always, all sandwiches will be made fresh daily and sold on the same day to maintain the highest level of quality and freshness. We are committed to using only carefully sourced premium ingredients while keeping the menu approachable and reasonably priced.
The new sandwich menu will launch this weekend. Following a brief preparation period, it will return as a regular offering beginning next Thursday.
