🤍 Psst… can I let you in on a little secret?

Some of my favourite recipes have never made it to the market table.

They’re the loaves that start as late-night ideas, seasonal inspirations, or “what if…” moments in the bakery. Some become customer favourites… and some never make it past the test kitchen.

But soon, that changes.

I’m opening the door to a very small group of founding members who will get an exclusive first taste of those creations before anyone else.

It’s official… Cheesy Garlic Sourdough has become one of our best sellers! 🧄🧀✨

We had a feeling this one would be a hit, but we didn’t expect it to fly off the table the way it has!

Made with our naturally leavened sourdough, roasted garlic, and plenty of melty cheese, this loaf is everything comfort food should be—crispy on the outside, soft and flavourful on the inside, and absolutely irresistible.

Fun fact: this loaf actually started with a little inspiration from one of our closest family friends (our boys’ beloved “Uncle Steve”), who happens to be a huge fan of all things cheesy and garlicky. While we decided to keep the official name simple, he’ll always know he had a hand in inspiring one of our most-loved loaves. ❤️

If you haven’t tried our Cheesy Garlic yet, consider this your sign! But fair warning… one loaf is rarely enough.
