That gluten-free baking could be just as beautiful, luxurious, delicious, and memorable as any traditional bakery experience.

Last night's Gluten-Free Tasting Night was a reminder of how far we've come.

For three years, Sweet Castle Bakery has proudly served Edmonton's celiac and gluten-sensitive community with care, dedication, and attention to detail. Every recipe, every ingredient, and every product is created with one goal in mind: ensuring our customers never have to choose between safety and great taste.

As I looked around the room filled with guests enjoying our creations, I felt incredibly proud of our team and the work we do every day.
