Well my worst nightmare came true today… I have small windows in my house and when the power goes out it is very dark.. today I had to do a cake in the dark to have it ready for tomorrow morning… not knowing when the power would come on and seeing 7000 houses without power I got to work while we still had daylight and some batteries in my lantern.. I created a cake in the dark utilizing my bbq for heating items I needed warm…
