Hello Friends! I have some news.
You may have noticed the absence of the weekly flavours over the past couple of weeks and I’d like to explain.
I’ve been given the opportunity to do a post-grad program through Osgoode Law that I really need to focus on. As many of you know, in addition to baking, I have a very demanding full time job (which requires me to be on-site more) and am also a full time solo parent to Willie. So, for the foreseeable future, Hank and Willie’s will be by order only, likely until around Christmas and then I’ll be at as many markets as I can manage to make your shortbread dreams come true.
I’d again like to thank Victoria & Dara over at .lindsay for their support and to all the amazing people who have supported me.
That being said- Valentine’s Day cookie box info will be released this week and believe me, you’re not going to want to miss it!
