We opened in our present location in 1992 with a small staff of 3, specializing in making dhalpuris and parathas. We have since become a full retail shop selling a wider variety of traditional Caribbean foods like roti wraps, doubles, etc., while continuing our tradition of making the best quality dhalpuris and parathas (flat-breads). We also supply our famous rotis (roti skins, flat-breads, wraps) and other items to restaurants, banquet halls, hotels, caterers, and stores, across Ontario and beyond. We will be closed on Monday, October 12, 2026 for Thanksgiving. Home delivery orders for the Halton and Hamilton areas will be delivered the next day, Tuesday, October 13, 2026 instead.
