At Eddy's Bakery, we're proud to bring you these delicious, made-to-order, traditional bánh mì using quality ingredients served in our very own bread rolls, which we bake fresh on the premises daily. 🤤🤗😋
Available daily from 6am - 5pm.

The banh mi is more than just a sandwich. It's a meaty tale of Vietnam's history, culture and philosophy.

I gave this no-name place on George St in Redfern a go, but it was soggy and I was sad. I used to work in the technology park near Redfern and always saw my manager getting a pork roll for lunch.
