The Ket Baker team escaped the bakery for a day and headed to Fine Food Australia! ()

We went to taste, learn, ask questions and see what is happening across the wider food and beverage world. Naturally, we came home with plenty of ideas.

A big highlight was hearing from Dan Sims, Dannielle Anderson of and Hank Chu of

They spoke about why drinks are having such a big moment, from building a strong beverage offering and finding the perfect coffee match, to matcha, tea and the wider beverage revolution.

A big thank you to Mark from and Vilim from for spending time with us and walking us through some products and systems. Gives us plenty to think about.

It was such a big day that we did not manage to get everywhere we wanted to, but that is probably a good excuse to come back next year.

A fantastic day with the team, plenty of laughs and lots of inspiration for what we could bring to Ket Baker this spring and summer.

Now to decide which ideas make it out of the group chat… 👀

Father's day is just around the corner so we got out moustache moulds out again 🧔

We made a Russian honey 🍯 cake with sour cream filling.

And yes off course used our local honey bees 🐝
