Our bakery uses only high quality ingredients, including local produce and French-imported fruit, raw sugar, quality cream, real butter (no margarines!) and free-range eggs from a local supplier. These ingredients combined with meticulously developed methods result in boutique tarts and 100% sourdough croissants available to Geelong and its surrounds. All of the desserts contain NO additives, NO preservatives and NO artificial fillers. Everything is made from scratch as much as possible and by hand.

Look at our fruit loaf in the make!

You can see exactly what's in it : Fruit from . Nuts. Pure Flour. No Premix.

What you can't see is the time we put in it. Kneading and reading the dough. And the tweaking, daily and weekly, when nothing's added to "make it consistent" without headaches 😏.

Our flour has changed a bit lately, and you might have noticed it in the bread. That's the trade-off of flour without improvers. So we adjust, every day, until it's right again.

Slower way to bake? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely ❤️
