Walk in to any our four bakeries and you will be greeted by an exciting selection of gourmet pie

You are spoilt for choice with over 15 different flavoured pies, including the 2021 & 2022 Australia's Best Pie winners Surf & Turf and Creamy Mushroom & Truffle, or why not try one of our meat and vegetable, vegetarian wholemeal, both having placed first in their respective categories at the Great Aussie Pastie Competition. If you have a sweet tooth you will be treated to an array of guilty pleasures. For the kids you can't go past a cupcake, a spider or a unicorn or dinosaur shortbread.

What an incredible first day.

From the moment we opened the doors this morning, the support from the Drysdale and wider Bellarine community was absolutely amazing.

Thank you to everyone who came in for a pie, cake or coffee, stopped to say hello, or simply came in to check out the new store. After months of planning, renovating and getting everything ready, seeing so many people walk through the doors today made it all worthwhile.

And a huge thank you to our team for an enormous effort, it was certainly a baptism of fire! 🔥😂

We’re incredibly excited to be part of the Drysdale community, and this is only the beginning.

The doors are officially open at our brand new Rolling Pin Pies & Cakes Drysdale! 🥧☕️

After months of planning, renovating and plenty of hard work, it feels pretty special to finally say it “we’re open for business!”

We’re stocked up, the coffee is flowing and our team is ready to welcome you.

Our brand new Rolling Pin Pies & Cakes Drysdale store opens tomorrow morning. 🥧☕️

We’re incredibly excited to finally be part of the Drysdale community and can’t wait to welcome you through the doors.

Our new Drysdale bakery is really starting to come together, and we can’t wait to open the doors (albeit a couple of months after we had hoped) and welcome you all in.

Gold on the Gold Coast! Woohoo!🥇

Some amazing results at the Australia's Best Pie Competition 2026 on the Gold Coast this week.

We flew up 11 entries, most of them newly developed recipes, and after final judging we came away with 7 gold and 4 silver medals. 👏
