We are looking for a friendly, passionate and talented Head Chef who can manage a small team in this growing Bakery/café. A base à la carte Menu has been designed and about to be launched but need to add your own unique and delicious influence that is relevant to the higher end Torquay café scene. Current bakery and cabinet food to be embraced but evolved.
 
For this job:
- Fully qualified
- Organise and monitor all aspects of the kitchen including managing food cost
-Rostering
- Be self-reliant
- Strong communicator
- Training and team development along with recruitment
 
-References a must
-Eligible to work in Australia
-Seeking long term, full time employment
