Charlie Bakery is Hiring!
Both FOH AND BOH.

We are looking for:
• Strong and confident personality that 🫶🏽s engaging with customers. Our customers are the number one priority so it’s super important you care ✨
• 100% reliability. No shows or bailing on shifts make it really hard to operate on a small team. Please be reliable! • Works well under pressure and displays initiative.
• Can work well in a team AND independently.
• Happy to take direction but also give direction when needed.
• Must be available Sundays and must be available over Christmas period.

Barwon Heads:
All of the above however Monday availability essential.

BOH:
Two positions available.
Pastry hand with early morning starts.
Bakery hand with flexible times Monday- Wed
