Our bakery is a fast-paced, hands-on environment where every product is crafted with care and attention to detail! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and takes pride in their craft 🥐✨

What we’re looking for:
👉🏼 Experience: 5+ years in a leadership role in a bakery
👉🏼 Teaching & Mentorship: train and inspire team members to grow their skills
👉🏼 Culture Preservation: respect, calm focused energy and a bit of fun
👉🏼 Clear Communication: within the bakery and with other senior members of the cafe/bakery team

We are devastated.
Devastated for all the victims of this unfathomable tragedy. For our whole community, to whom bondi beach is an epicentre, an icon of our beloved Sydney. For our Jewish brothers and sisters who were so awfully, deliberately targeted. For our police, first responders, nurses, doctors and paramedics who had to confront the tragedy firsthand.

It is hard to process the grief, shock, devastation and anger. But the outpouring of love, of care, of goodness reminds us that light will overcome.

Thank you to all of you who bring light to this world. 🫶
