Twelve year old Maroubra Local, Max Lee discovered his love of cooking at age 6 and quickly realised his passion for baking. Family, friends, and neighbours have enjoyed his baked goodness for years so after popular demand, he stepped it up a notch and launched PiEBOY. The pies are packed with flavour. All fresh ingredients are scooped with care into the shortcrust and topped with a butter

y and crumbly, layered puff pastry. They are a meal in a mouthful and they are simply DELICIOUS. Max the PiEBOY spends hours perfecting each pie recipe and he only sells pies he's proud of!

Pyney interviewed Max on the UNOX AUS stand at the Fine Food Australia exhibition this week, after Max used a Unox SPEED.Pro oven for his pies. These ovens are the best of the best!
