What’s in a name? The Paris Brest

The Paris Brest is a French dessert created in 1910 by pastry chef Louis Durand to commemorate the Paris-Brest-Paris bicycle race. Its round shape is meant to resemble a bicycle wheel.

Our choux pastries are filled with custard and cream then topped with almonds, caramel and drizzled with chocolate.
