Thanks for the patience everyone while I ticked a few things off — Girls trip, 40th, Wedding, and a little getaway. Everything went perfectly with the help of some amazing local businesses: TP Events & Styling Whitsunday for their epic Gatsby Decor, and the lovely ladies of Sofi & Flora and Espresso and Bloom for the incredible flowers.

Back to the business of Sourdough though!

This week we’re back to the full compliment of a variety of flavours.

This week will be nice and simple — all white sourdough, with one little variation making an appearance on Wednesday… 🌶️🧀 Jalapeño & Cheddar!

Then it’s time for a little break!
I’ll be taking some time off from 15th–22nd August for a casual little wedding and a honeymoon.

I’ll be back in the kitchen, rested and ready to bring you all the good stuff from Monday 24th August!

Hey Sourdough Fans! 👋

I hope you’ve all had a wonderful weekend! I certainly enjoyed my little break.

I’ve got a busy few weeks ahead with a birthday, family visiting, and a wedding, so over the next little while you’ll probably notice a few more plain white sourdough days and just one day each week featuring my specialty flavours.

The good news is that plain white sourdough is the perfect base for just about any topping, so you’ll still be well covered!

Thanks so much for your understanding and continued support. I’ll be back to experimenting with new flavours before you know it, and I can’t wait to share them with you!
