This cake was so fun to make! Definitely a little out of my comfort zone with all the fondant but I think it turned out super cool! Even the 'ice' is edible 🤤

Wowza, I didn’t expect this much interest in a sourdough class - thank you!

Guess I better get to planning!

Here’s what I know so far:
• Classes will be in my home kitchen
• They’ll be small and cosy (max 4-6 people)
• You’ll go home with a jar of starter, the recipe, and a loaf to bake after the class

Still figuring out:
• How long the class will run & logistics of running it
• How many classes I’ll offer
• The price
