Thank you to everyone who visited us today—keeping us busy and, most importantly, treating our hardworking team with kindness and respect. We genuinely appreciate it.
That said, we want to address something important.
While most interactions are positive, there were a few moments today where our staff were treated in a way that simply isn’t acceptable. Our team works incredibly hard, starting from 3am each morning to bake fresh products for our community. They deserve to feel respected and supported at all times.
We also want to clarify a few things:
All of our products are made fresh daily. We have strict rotation practices in place, and nothing we sell is “days old.”
Our donuts are stored in a cold display, which can make them feel firm—our staff are always happy to warm them on request, or they’ll soften naturally at room temperature.
Our pizzas are freshly made each morning and never go to waste—they’re donated or shared with staff at the end of the day. A lot of care and pride goes into making them.
As a business, we will always do our best to make your experience enjoyable. In return, we ask for the same respect toward our team.
We do not tolerate:
– Rudeness or aggressive behaviour toward staff
– False accusations about our products
– Demands for refunds or free items after food has already been consumed
We’re proud of what we do, and we stand by the quality of our products and the integrity of our team.
