Just a reminder that this beauty will be with us at Peel Estate Wines this Sunday, 9th Aug from 10am to 2pm. The whipped nougat on this brownie is a bit tricky to make, so this flavour doesn't come out often! Hands down, one of my top 3 brownies flavours.

Here are the market dates for August. I've been bringing back some random flavour of the month brownies recently, but I thought this one was too special for a once off... so I'm bringing back the Mars Bar Brownies for all of August! If you were lucky enough to try one of these previously, you know how good it is. Our fudgey choc brownie, topped with homemade whipped malt-choc nougat, a layer of caramel and then topped with milk choc and a mars bar chunk. The awesomeness of a mars bars times eleventy billion. We hope to see you at a market soon!

We've added an additional market this month! You'll find us this Sunday at The Local Farmers Market Honeywood in Wandi from 8am to 12pm. We will be bringing our Afghan Brownie too, because it's my favourite. It will only be available at this market... tag your Kiwi Whānau and get down early so you don't miss out!

Only two markets this month friends. The brownies last in the fridge for a couple of weeks and they can be frozen too, so you can get your sugar hit anytime if the month of you stock up.
Remember the bourbon caramel I had last week? I have some leftover and it tastes even better now it has infused for a bit. I'll be doing free sample pots with your brownies tomorrow... get down early so you don't miss out. 😁🤘

Okay friends, we have put together something special just for the Barrels, Burgers and BBQ market this Saturday! We will be bringing back our insanely yummy S'mores Brownie and this time round we will be toasting the homemade vanilla marshmallow to order so it's extra gooey. We've also taken our gold-medal-winning Real Good Caramel sauce and made it something special by infusing it with bourbon and lightly smoking it. I think it might be the yummest thing I've ever made... we'll bring a limited amount to purchase separately. We will also have our Classic Sugar Daddy caramel to drizzle if that's more your style. You can only get it this Saturday at Peel Estate Wines in Karnup with The Local Farmers Market from 11am to 4pm. 🍖😁🤘

We are bringing back our Wagon Wheel brownie just for this market. It has a shortbread base topped with choc brownie, homemade tangy raspberry jam, homemade vanilla marshmallow, chocolate and a chunk of wagon wheel. This was one of our most popular Flavour of the Month brownies back in the day... if you've had one before you know how good they are! Head down early so you don't miss out. ☂️😁🤘
