Banana Sourdough! One of the first weekend specials we were doing in 2019. A concept from my then 6 year old son Maxx, now almost 13… 🤯

This is our country white base with the addition of cinnamon, a little brown sugar and a heap of smashed bananas and some additonal stonemilled flour to combate the additional hydration.

It is yummmy! 🍌🍌🍌

It can be served with sweet classic toppings (or savory according to DEREK LAU | Dez )!!

Kiera is our head of bread and Kez is our head of pastry. You will not find anyone better!! They bring so much passion, joy and care to what they do. But at the same time have no issues belting it out over some Leanne Rimes or laughing about something… a puffer vest?? They are very best Kez & Kiera there is !
