Matilda, our Executive Baker, has designed FIG, BLACKBERRY & PISTACHIO SWIRL⁠ with fresh figs, blackberry compote and pistachio financier in a pastry swirl⁠. And, the STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE FONDANT CROISSANT⁠ with chocolate fondant croissant with berries and cream⁠.
