A floral painted and piped cake layered with white chocolate cake mango jam, mango ganache and crushed coconut Raffaello.
A quick make and bake decorated for my mother’s birthday who came to visit from England, inspired by her wildflower Gardens which is where ‘Wildflour Matilda’ got its name :)
