When one roller door closes,
Another will open!

I am sorry to all those who missed their daily fix with Wildflour this week, and that I won’t be seeing your friendly faces weekly. I will miss all of it!

But though the shop has closed, I am still fully caking behind closed doors, I am afraid orders are only possible now via my website or email further enquires to [email protected].

As I am now fully caking as a solo ninja, further notice will be required for orders and availability will be limited, as will collection times. Please keep an eye on the website for such detail or notifications.

Please bare with me while I get a hang of the new normal whilst balancing other ventures 🙏😌

Seasons remind us,
Change is a beautiful inevitability we must accept, adapt to and embrace.

There is a time when all journeys must change course .. and with that Wildflour bakery will be closing its roller door for the last time on the 26th October.

As sad as we will be not to see our smiley regulars and serve sweetness with your daily brew, times have changed and with it so must we. This is not the end but a beginning of new things, the bakery may be closing but cakes will continue.*

Wildflour has been an outlet for me to share my love for nostalgic bakes and fancy cakes, and has received so much more warmth than I could have imagined. I look forward to continuing this buttercream path, celebrating occasions with more flamboyant sponges and painted florals.

There is a lot of thanks to be given, but for now we just wish to spend the next few weeks flying on a sugar high.

Public Holiday announcement! Wildflour will be closed this Friday 27/09 for the Friday before the AFL Grand Final public holiday. We'll be back Saturday to provide you with treats and coffee for the weekend!

Tiramisu, also known as ‘Tuscan Trifle’, never fails to put a smile on a face. So presenting Wildflour’s Hazelnut Tiramisu cake, your perfect mid week pick-me-up 🙌🏻

A soft-crumbed hazelnut and coffee cake, soaked in a delightfully rich syrup topped with a whipped vanilla cream mascarpone, chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream , dark chocolate shards, finished with velvety dark chocolate cocoa.

Booze free, but would pair well with a digestivo of your choice.

Inspired by nostalgic trips to Tuscany, where Nonna’s dessert had no competition!
