Miller's Bread Kitchen is the space where we make the best bread plus a combination of many other goodies. Its the place where we work on our products, utilising a range of organic flours and fresh seasonal ingredients. We make bread that we love to eat and share with others. It's an adventure and a business that has been a childhood dream and a concept built around our need and desire to EAT AND FEAST! We keep it simple, by sourcing local and ethical produce that makes our bread and products delicious. This goes hand in hand with our baking techniques that are based on sustainable practices. The lovely Cam from talking about the life of the sustainable kelp that is grown for 4-5 months off the shore at Flinders before being harvesting. It’s now been baked into one of our buttery pies, accompanied with Harry’s smoked mussels, Gruyère cheese and layers of scalloped potatoes.
