😍Here is an easy recipe for my french crepes

250g all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
4 large eggs
50 g melted butter (and cooled)
15g sugar
500 ml milk
Splash of vanilla extract or vanilla bean

Extra butter for pans to cook crepes

Method:

Mix everything together with a whisk and strain the batter into a large pitcher.
Add a zest of an orange if you like. Whisk well.

Heat the pan brushed with butter. Pour a little batter into the middle of the pan, lift the pan and rotate the batter to evenly spread a thin layer on the pan. Once the edges lift away from the pan, flip it.

Enjoy with powdered sugar and squeeze of lime, nutella, ice cream or what ever you like!
