We popped in to Halcyon Days in Albert Park for some lunch and of course, you guessed it... a chai! We had such a nice time in their sweet, cosy space and absolutely loved their food and service. Couldn’t recommend them enough! 💛

Cute and wholesome is the only way to describe this sweet milk bar/family home turned cafe in Pascoe Vale South. We were greeted upon arrival with the warmest welcome from John and George and had a full tour of their childhood home and now cute cafe. Their food, chai and amazing hospitality all felt like a warm hug on this wintery day. 10000/10. Cute, right? 😉

Well well well, if it isn’t another trend we had to jump on... with a little Prana twist 😉⁠

Ingredients⁠
2 scoops (46g) Prana Chai⁠
2 packs Kingston Biscuits⁠
1 tin of pears with juice⁠
⁠
Method⁠
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Pour tinned pear juice without the pears into a pot. Add 2 scoops Prana Chai to pear juice and bring to a boil on stove. Brew for 3 minutes. Line baking tray with Kingston Biscuits until fully covered. Pour chai brewed pear juice over the top of your Kingston Biscuits. Place tray in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with some ice cream and enjoy!

We paid a short but sweet and super cosy visit to Via Porta Bakehouse in Northcote. Absolutely unreal baked goods, and of course the full chai with a pot and strainer experience. 10/10. No notes 💛
