My name is Leoni and I’m a mother to two beautiful children (who can at times be quite the opposite!) and I’m married to a pretty amazing husband who is completely supportive in everything I do. I come from a string of hospitality workers and chefs, however I chose a desk job as my career. I hated baking and was not adventurous when it came to decorat

ing cakes, actually to be honest up until 5 years ago I’d never made a cake in my life. It was just something I had no interest in at all. Which is odd, considering now that’s all I do! When I decided to take a redundancy from a less than perfect 9 to 5 job, I turned to food, cupcakes in my situation! I baked my first cake for my daughters 2nd birthday and it was the most nerve wracking thing I’d done. From that day on I was hooked! Through nothing other than blood, sweat and tears (trust me there’s been many) I have and am still learning the art of cake decorating. I’m proud to say that I am 100% self taught and to this day there is not a day that goes by where I don’t learn something new. Which makes this job I have pretty amazing. I thank the humble cupcake for getting me started and whilst I still make cupcakes today my passion is with the large cake. I love the thrill and excitement of the a design/challenge, even though at the time I wonder if I’ll be able to do it! I love what I do, I love creating and decorating, I feel almost at peace or in my element when I’m creating. I love to see the reactions on peoples faces and am thankful that I play a small part in their memories of years to come. I’m very fortunate to be able to do this for a living now and I’m thankful that I took that redundancy from my less than perfect 9 to 5 job! If you’ve read this far, thank you! I hope you enjoy looking at my creations and hopefully you’ll be seeing a Happy Cake at your next celebratory event!

Hi!!! I have so many offcuts at the moment that my waistline is not happy with!! I thought I'd auction them off!! I don't know if this will work hahaha but let's give it a go!!!

All you need to do is like my page and place your bid below in the comment section, obviously higher than the person below before you!! I will start the bidding at $25. Bidding will be open till Friday night 9pm and if you're within my delivery zone it will be free, otherwise you're welcome to collect from Box Hill.

Delivery zone, Box Hill, Doncaster, Warrandyte, Templestowe Lower, Wonga Park, Mooroolbark, Donvale, Lilydale, and Ringwood.

Flavours in this pack are, Caramel, Hedgehog, Cherry Ripe, Peanut Caramel, and Lemon Slice.

These will make a great sweets plater for any event or if you want, chuck em in the freezer and pull out for a treat with a cuppa!!

New Slice!!! This is an absolute winner hahaha. Bottom layer is choc brownie followed with a layer of ooey gooey caramel and finally topped with a layer of milk chocolate 🤤 Gluten Free to!!!! Not on purpose either hahaha This is available to order with this week's slices. You will love this one.
