Excuse the loud machine in the background, but this big news can't wait!

Our kitchen has been sold, so after an initial freak out (!!) We're using this amazing opportunity to move into a much more central retail location! And we are VERY excited!

We will be closed from 4th October to the 22nd October. Stayed tuned as we share more about what's coming next!

Thank you for all of your support in building us to this point!

Brett & Jess 💚

If you feel like you’re missing something, the millennial pause is a slight hesitation or silence at the very start of a video.

It’s a phenomena that only seems to occur in Millennial aged people and older. The reason being is that (back in our day 👵🏼) there used to be a slight delay after you hit record on a camera and I guess we never really adapted!

I always edit out Brett’s millennial pauses so you might never have known! 😅

Happy 4th Birthday Gingersnap! We’ve come along way from starting in our mother’s kitchen four years ago. We moved to a commercial kitchen space and couldn’t believe it when we had a line out the door at our first pop up!

Since then we’ve created desserts for the Australian Open, The Grand Prix and Billie Eilish at Rod Laver Arena. We’ve been featured in The Age, countless other news articles and media appearances are becoming a regular occurrence.

We have such a loyal customer base and we honestly couldn’t have done it without your support so thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

We’ve come so far but we’re just warming up and have big plans for the future so stay tuned! 😉
