Our caramel chocolate tarts are our best selling item…and we can see why! House made sable tart shell, filled with gooey caramel and whipped dark chocolate ganache. Vegan and gluten free.

We have chosen our caramel tart as our signature item to showcase at the Vegan Veg Out Bake Off on Sunday 7th June.

As mentioned in the first slide, always ask what the person’s specific needs and accomodations are first but these are some simple accomodations we have put in place for Brett that we thought might be helpful to share!

GingerSnap is growing and so we're hiring! Pastry assistant with commercial kitchen experience to work every Tuesday, dipping desserts, making tart shells and cleaning. You will support Brett and Helen and learn plenty!

Spoil Mum (or a special person in your life) with a pre-mother’s day high tea! In collaboration with All Things Equal at our West Melbourne pop up cafe from Thursday 7th May - Saturday 9th May from 8am - 3pm. There will be an entirely vegan set menu and a signature sparkling drink.

For the savouries we will have:

Crispy Rosti Stack with Avocado and Cashew Cream
Mushroom & Thyme Polenta Squares
Roasted Tomato & Whipped Feta Tartlet

For the sweets:

Caramel & Chocolate Tart
Mango & Passionfruit Mousse Cake
Raspberry & White Chocolate Entremet

And to drink:

Citrus & Elderflower Sparkling Spritz

There will be a set menu priced at $35 per person. A mixture of sweet and savoury delights and a signature drink.

For the savouries we will have:
