Our pop up cafe collaboration with All Things Equal will be finishing up this Saturday the 29th August. There are some exciting new developments at All Things Equal with new cafes opening in Balaclava and Hawthorne! Follow All Things Equal for further information.

Rest assured that GingerSnap is not going anywhere and you will still be able to walk in and purchase your favourite desserts. Stay tuned this week for further info about our new set up 😉

Building a heart centred dessert business with you is the best thing I've ever done. 🍰

You are so talented, creative, kind, adventurous, thoughtful and most importantly, you have the same sense of humour as me. We love to laugh when times are good, and laugh when things just get too hard and we don't know what else to do. 😆🤷‍♀️

We were so lucky to spend 5 days in Vietnam together for your birthday last week and it was a trip we will always remember. I'm so proud of you and your adventurous spirit and hope your week of travel in Laos is the best.

Time for another frequently asked question: “What’s an entremet?”

An entremet is a traditional French patisserie item composed of multiple flavours and textural elements, usually encased in mousse and topped with a decoration.

The two entremet varieties on our menu are Black Forest (single serve) and Raspberry and White Chocolate. But of course, they also have the GingerSnap twist of being vegan and gluten free!
