Tomorrow is Sourdough Saturday and with the turn in the weather for the weekend, it's perfect for some soup and sourdough or homemade sourdough toasties... did you know we make our sourdough the traditional way from our very own starter that has been going for 5 years! Fermenting for 3 days, it develops a distinct taste, a soft texture inside and a crunchy edge. It's also very good for you! Tomorrow we will have our white sourdough and multigrain high tin loaves, sourdough blueberry and cream cheese, sourdough jalapeño and cheese and our sourdough fruit loaves! Which one will you try?
