Incredibly humbling to be mentioned by !

When we took over the lease at our Heidelberg site, we spent months planning what we wanted to deliver to the people of the area and surrounds. Great quality sourdough bread, pastries and coffee, coupled with excellent customer service was the aim.

We opened in August, followed very quickly with locations in Lower Templestowe, Moonee Ponds and Essendon.

We are always working on improving, but this is recognition for the hard work and dedication of the bakers, pastry chefs and front of house staff who have worked and dedicated themselves to the vision provided to them.

Our classic. Croissant, hand made with premium French butter. Baked fresh every morning.
