One of our much-loved regulars, Marlene, was Miss Tasmania in 1959. She was just 18 that year. Today, she is nearly 85.

A woman who was part of Tasmania’s history.

She told us she still loves our Japanese cheesecake — just a little less these days, while being more mindful of her health and weight.

Age changes. Our bodies change.
But the flavours we love can remain the same.

Some tastes stay with us for a lifetime. ❤️
