I’ve been thinking deeply about how to reduce the amount of packaging I send into the world. Instead of creating another disposable bag, I wanted something that would stay with you for years. This reusable waxed canvas bag is my small contribution towards reducing waste, one loaf at a time.

I believe many of my customers share this philosophy that the things we own should be made to last, used often, and appreciated. Once you’ve enjoyed your bread, I hope this bag continues its journey with you, carrying sandwiches, groceries, or everyday essentials.

Sometimes sustainability isn’t about doing something dramatic; it’s simply choosing one good thing and using it well, again and again.

Imagine pulling a golden, bubbling gluten-free sourdough pizza from your own oven.

Top it exactly how you love it, whether simple or loaded.

Bake from frozen for 20–30 minutes, or thawed for 10–20 minutes at 180°C.

If you brush a little oil beneath the base it creates an irresistibly crispy crust and beautifully tender centre.

I didn’t expect this, but I feel sad being away from my business in Tasmania. It means that I’ve been really enjoying making bread, meeting you guys, and all the little chats we’ve had.

I was not able to remember your names, even though I saw you multiple times, but you were always forgiving.

While I’m away, I’m not going to be on social media. Hopefully you can understand my need for some rest.

Fresh bread and pizza dough will be available to order starting from the 20th of July. I am very excited; I’ve taste-tested the pizza dough and I guarantee that you don’t have to eat cardboard pizza anymore.

Also, this is big news! I am now fully standing on my own two feet with my business. I left my casual job and I want to focus on my business full-time.
