Meet Mia, our wonderful Junior Office Assistant at Sweet Confetti Studio!
Although she's one of the youngest members of our team, Mia is already learning real business skills. From helping organise office tasks and developing new systems to sharing creative ideas, she's becoming an important part of how Sweet Confetti Studio grows.
One of Mia's greatest strengths is quietly encouraging the people around her to believe they can do more than they think.
This year, Mia encouraged me to take on the Sutherland to Surf. At the time, I thought it was just a fun challenge, but without even realising it, she helped me achieve something I never thought I could. It's a reminder that sometimes the people cheering us on have no idea just how much they're changing our lives.
When she's not helping in the office, you'll often find her playing baseball, sailing or getting involved in creative projects.
We're incredibly proud to have Mia on our team and can't wait to watch her confidence, skills and ideas continue to grow.
β¨ Fun Fact: One of our newest projects, the Sweet Confetti Studio Playbook, began with one of Mia's ideas. She has a knack for spotting ways to make our business even better!
