Flippa Cakes is owned and operated by myself. I have a passion for making all things cakey and love to learn and develop new skills in the world of cakes. I would love to help you make a cake a reality for a special occasion. When I'm not caking I'm a mum to two young children and a high school teacher. My passion for cakes has developed out the many televisions shows that show the amazing skills

and abilities of some of the worlds best cakers. And from a random and seemingly joking request for a dragon cake! But as well as that who doesn't love to eat delicious cake! Please take a look at the albums that have been created that show some of my earlier work. These were all done before the creation of Flippa Cakes. 7 dozen delicious cupcakes made and sold with the profits going back into the Engadine Crusaders Football Club.

Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, cookies and cream, and salted caramel went down a treat with the junior teams and their families.

My baby boy is 3 on Monday, we had his party today in roarsome dinosaur style!

Everything was dinosaurs from the plates and napkins to the little eggs that grow baby dinosaurs in the lolly bag and t-Rex cookies. So many dinosaur presents for my dinosaur obsessed baby.

Top - raspberry ripple with buttercream.

Middle - vanilla with strawberry buttercream.

Bottom - choc vanilla swirl with chocolate buttercream.

Remade a old favourite over the weekend, Minecraft is still a hit with the kids. Even had the same name and age!

Just a few pictures of the 9 dozen cupcakes for the ECFC junior disco on Saturday. Lots of different flavours, chocolate, vanilla and strawberry in different combinations. All the kids had a great time.

Pretty in pink! Baby Ellie had her 1st birthday yesterday and her lovely mum requested lots of pink and rainbows. This is what we came up with.

I have always wanted to make a Monster High cake and now I can tick that off the list.

Inspired by Lorna McNessie who is Mia's favourite.
