Pacific Fair, you really showed up.

Thank you to every single one of you who came by today — for the good vibes, the kind words, the love, the support and for sharing this very first day with us. Seeing you walk through our doors made every bit of hard work worth it.

And a huge thank you to our Paddock crew. The early mornings, the long days, the chaos behind the scenes and all the effort that got us here. We couldn’t have done it without you. 🤍

We’re going to bed with very full hearts tonight. See you tomorrow from 7.30AM 🚀

At Pacific Fair... but why? 🤔

Because we wanted to take a little piece of Paddock beyond Burleigh 🚀 while keeping what matters most: making things properly, by hand and from scratch.

But this isn’t Paddock copied and pasted into a new space. It’s also a chance to make something completely new 🤩

The newest way to drink your cold foam: on tap and building your own creation 🎨

☕️ Start with one of four bases: Cold Brew, Iced Latte, Iced Matcha or our exclusive Cinnamon Doughnut Iced Latte.
🍪 Add a dessert-inspired cold foam: Hazelnut Brownie, Crème Brûlée, Raspberry Vovo, Banana Bread or Dubai Chocolate.
🏁 Then finish it with Paddock Cookie Crumbs, Biscoff or coconut.

The Paddock flavours you already know and love, now made for sipping 🧋
