Our Farmer Loaf is inspired by traditional and artisanal baking methods, slow fermentation, higher hydration, and simple ingredients.
Fermented for more than 30 hours, it develops a deeper flavour, a beautifully caramelised crust, and a soft, moist crumb that stays enjoyable for days.
This is the kind of bread that doesn't need much. A little cultured butter, good olive oil, a hearty soup, or something fresh off the barbecue.
Made with sustainably grown and organic flours, natural sourdough culture, filtered water, and sea salt. Nothing else 🤌
Keep it in a cloth for a few days and it will nourish you when you need it 🤗
