Hey everyone! 👋
I wanted to share a quick life update and let you know how I’m planning to balance my business, juggling the kids, and my new full-time shift work schedule. As many of you know, both sourdough and tallow-making are true labors of love and take quite a bit of time—and between the kids and shift work, life is certainly going to be busy!
Here is what you can expect moving forward:

* For my regular customers: Over the next 2 months, I will personally message you to see if you need bread at the same time I am baking for my family.

* Looking to the future: Moving ahead, I will allocate one specific bake day each month, and new customers will be able to place their orders then.

* Tallow update: I currently have some tallow in stock! If you’d like to grab some, just shoot me a message and I’ll let you know what is currently available.

Please bear with me while I navigate this exciting new chapter and find my rhythm. Thank you all so much for your incredible patience, support, and understanding. ❤️

🍞 Exciting Updates & A Quick Life Update! ✨
Hi everyone! You might have noticed a fresh new look, branding, and name around here. I made this change to better incorporate both my tallow creations and my sourdough baking under one roof!

🗓️ Important Schedule Update

As I transition back to full-time shift work, my sourdough baking schedule is changing. Because I'm on a rotating lifestyle roster, I'm not entirely sure what my official roster looks like yet, so I don't know what the exact bake days will look like just yet—but as soon as I do, I will keep you all updated!

* Regulars & Subscriptions: If you've been regularly buying bread from me, I will still bake for you—hopefully on a fortnightly basis! Please shoot me a message to check the date for my next bake day once details are locked in.

* This Week: This upcoming week will be my last full bake week. The following week will be dedicated to preparing for my return to full-time work.

Thank you to everyone that stopped by and bought some tallow! I can’t wait to hear your feedback. Also, a huge thank you to everyone that just stopped by for a chat and some information!

I know my prices are a little higher than some places, but I want to share why: I believe in the quality of what I create. Every jar is made using:

Local Boyne Valley 100% grass-fed and finished beef suet: Using only the highest quality internal fat.

Premium organic Australian Olive oil: Sourced right here from our local health food store.

Local Beeswax: Supporting our local honey producers.

Australian Essential Oils.

Keeping my ingredients local and Australian means a higher cost to produce, but it guarantees the highest quality for you. Thank you all again for your support—it means the world!
