For all those cake makers out there.
Whether you are just making your family’s or friends special occasion cakes and want to learn more about cakes………come and be part of the Gladstone Cake Club.
At club we have demonstrations and workshops on a monthly basis to show different icing and modelling techniques.
Information is shared amongst members to help better understand the use of techniques for the different aspects associated with cake decorating.
Members in the club are at all different levels of skill. Some members are just “stay at home mums” who make their kids cakes and other members who are a little more experienced.
We are a great group to get involved with as we love to talk cake, laugh together and generally enjoy each other’s company on a regular basis.
Club night is on the first Wednesday night each month commencing at 6.30pm at “Kendrick Hall”. In the Heritage Village, Telina. Turn into Pioneer Dr and the hall is on your right.
Tonight we have 2 great little projects to work on together showing different techniques with fondant.
You are very welcome to come and join in with the view to joining up at our next club night. Annual fee is $100 pp.
part of this fee goes to the State body for affiliation and insurance. The remainder helps cover our rent as well as out of pocket expenses for monthly demonstrations.
Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to reply to this post.
Looking forward to seeing some new faces.
